Recent 10QSB and Progress of Projects

Alameda, CA, International Building Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCBB:INBG), has recently filed the 10QSB on Monday, Nov. 19, 2007.

In the 10QSB for the period ended September 30, 2007, the expense labeled "due to the change in fair value of Derivative Liability" was removed from the financials due to the adoption of FAS 150.  This accounting change resulted in the removal of approximately $650,000 of expenses related to new debts the company acquired and is reflected in the Company's Statement of Operations.  We believe that the treatment under FAS 150, among the diversity in accounting treatments that exist, is more appropriate and more accurately reflects the Company's position.

The company is currently negotiating with Suijiang County Government for locate a piece of land in Suijiang, China for the factory of IBT’s panel production manufacturing. The factory to be built is part of the Agreement that IBT signed with Suijiang County Government to exclusively supply panels to build a new town of 50,000 people before the water level raises and floods the existing city on or before the end of 2010, as Xiangjiabar Hydroelectric Power Station, the fourth largest in the world, is expected to be fully functioning around the year of 2012.
